Mike Roderick is a Senior Noncommissioned Officer in the United States Air Force and the Commandant at the Whiteman Airman Leadership School.
On this episode, Mike opens up about his troubled childhood. He discusses the abuse, abandonment, and neglect he and his brothers had to deal with while staying with his mother. He also discusses how he was able to overcome the psychological toll those events took on him at a young age and fight through it to discover his purpose and helps hundred of Airmen on a annual basis through adversity.
