Episode 65: The Chronicles of Scott DeLuzio

Scott DeLuzio is an Army infantry veteran who served with his younger brother, Steven, in Afghanistan in 2010. That same year, Steven was killed in action just miles away.

Scott talks about growing up in a patriotic household and reflects on how the events from Operation Desert Strom and 9/11 inspired him and his brother to serve their country. Scott remembers his brother’s legacy and what led him to write his book, Surviving Son. Scott also opens up about his struggles with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and the importance of mental health.

Scott discusses how he’s helping other veterans and podcast listeners with his inspiring podcast, Drive On Podcast, which you can listen to and subscribe to over at https://driveonpodcast.com/
