EmpowHER CEO Kelsey Lensman's Mission48 Challenge for Girls Empowerment
Kelsey Lensman is the CEO & Founder of EmpowHER events, and starting September 1st, she will compete in 48 grueling, physical events over 48 days in 48 states as she competes for young girls through Ruling Our Experiences (ROX).
During this episode, Kelsey takes us through her childhood. She discusses an early lack of self-confidence and seeking social approval. Kelsey talks about her time at the Ohio State University. Then she took a massive step out of her comfort zone and entered a bodybuilding competition. This event eventually led to the creation of EmpowHER and Mission48. Kelsey also explains the importance of faith in her journey. Plus, she provides some fitness tips.
