Saying it With my Chest

I love the Shadows Podcast not only for Tripp’s unique perspective on multiple topics, but also for the diversity he brings to the table with his wide variety of guests. I have listened to most episodes and one that stands out to me a great deal is “Rise From the Shadows: Behind the Mask with Demetrius Booth & Jerry Dugan”. Something that I still use is the “C.H.E.S.T.” acronym. Being that I am a huge proponent of acronyms myself, it was easy for me to relate and apply that method to my own teachings at Airman Leadership School.
